Empower stakeholders to
proactively engage and influence health sector
service delivery and related policy making. |
Project
Objectives |
- Community sensitization
and mobilization – while reaching out to
all community members, especially the disadvantaged,
the project will identify and work closely
with the most vulnerable sections. For
RH, this is primarily teenage girls who
are not enrolled in schools;
- Local and community leadership development;
- Policy engagement, focusing on strategic
direction, district health budgeting, and
synergies between population and health departments;
- Development of partnerships and networks
of multi-sectoral stakeholders nation-wide,
for the improvement of RH in Khairpur;
- Documenting and disseminating a local
model for RH.

Targets |
- One cohort of 34 members from Khairpur
district comprising of mid-senior level professionals
from government, private civil society.
- One group of 30 members as associates
from Khairpur district comprising of community
members.
- One civil society watch-group of 20 members
from Lodhran District comprising of LRH I
cohort and new members.
- Two Regional Training sessions (RTS),
One International Training session (ITS)
and Six Dossier Trainings for Khairpur Cohort.
- Four Dossier trainings for Lodhran Civic
watch group.
